1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will require a 25% payment of the service cost at the time of your next appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures availability for other clients.
3. Credit Card Requirement To secure all online appointments, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined in our policies above.
